Same attorney, same office, same five-star defense — wrapped in a royal joke because the people who get NYC traffic tickets deserve a smile alongside the help.
If you call, text, or submit the consultation form, James or his team receives the details you provide to evaluate the matter, such as your name, contact information, ticket type, location, court information, and message.
We use Google Analytics, Twilio call and text records, and first-party event logging to understand which pages and campaigns lead to calls, texts, and consultation requests. These systems may record page paths, referrers, campaign tags, advertising click IDs, a pseudonymous session ID, call or message status and duration, and which call-to-action was used. Calls and texts to (844) 92-JAMES are handled through Twilio for routing and measurement.
Analytics events are designed not to include the personal details typed into the consultation form. Form details are sent to the firm's lead-intake system. We do not sell personal information or share lead details with insurers.
