This is a real law firm

NYCTrafficking.com is the (mildly silly) public face of the Law Office of James Medows, a real New York-licensed traffic-defense practice based at 306 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. Same attorney, same office, same five-star defense — wrapped in a royal joke because the people who get NYC traffic tickets deserve a smile alongside the help.

What we collect

If you call or text (844) 92-JAMES, James (or his team) takes down what's needed to evaluate your matter: your name, the ticket, the court info, and how to reach you. That's it. We don't run silent tracking pixels, we don't sell data, and we don't share with insurers.

This site is attorney advertising under NY Rules of Professional Conduct. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes. Free initial consults are exactly that — a conversation, not legal representation. The attorney-client relationship begins when both parties agree, in writing, to representation.

What we are not

• Not a former prosecutor's office — James was never a prosecutor.
• Not affiliated with any government agency, court, or law enforcement entity, despite the "King" framing.
• Not making light of human trafficking in any way. The site name is wordplay on "NYC Traffic + king/-ing" (the kingdom of NY traffic-defense), and the page content stays entirely in that frame.
